Privacy and data handling.

Calamity Technology Solutions Group, LLC ("CTSG") is a one-person firm in Sugar Land, Texas. This page covers two things: what this website collects, and how I handle the data of the companies I work for and their customers. Questions go to charles2025business@gmail.com.

This website

The only information this site collects is what you type into the call request form: your name, your email, and, if you choose, your company and a message. It is stored with a database provider and used only to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to any mailing list.

The site has no advertising trackers and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operations.

Companies I work for

These are the commitments in every service agreement, in plain words.

• You own your data. You own your records and the database I build from them. Ask for a full copy at any time. You keep it if we stop working together.
• Read-only access. I ask for read-only access to your systems, so I can't change anything in them.
• Only what the work needs. I ask only for the data the work requires. I don't accept payment card numbers, Social Security or other government ID numbers, health information, or passwords.
• Used only for your work. Your customers' information is used only for the work you approve. It is never sold or rented, never used for another client, and never used for my own marketing.
• Few hands. I do the work myself. The email platform and mail vendor that send your approved campaigns receive only the data each campaign needs.
• No AI services without permission. Your data is not sent to any AI service without your written approval, and no one may use it to train models.
• Kept secure. Your data is stored on encrypted storage and stays in the United States.
• Told quickly. If your data is ever accessed without authorization, you hear from me within 72 hours of my learning of it.
• Deleted at the end. When we stop working together, I deliver your database to you and delete my copies within 30 days. The only thing I keep is aggregated results, such as average close rates, combined from at least five companies so that no single company can be identified. Your name is never attached.

If you received a campaign

If you got an email or postcard from a home service company that works with CTSG, it was sent on that company's behalf, to its own customers, and the company approved it. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. Text messages are sent only to people who agreed to receive them. To stop hearing from the company, use the unsubscribe link, tell the company, or email me and I will remove you from every campaign I run for them.

Changes

If these practices change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top changes too.
